Finally, let’s talk about the games. We’ve got a massive list of AAA content on the way from all of the biggest names in gaming that are all proven franchises, all exclusive to our platform, and all coming to stores both in physical and digital formats* in the second half of 2012.

Now, let’s move on to the Wii U. After all, it is the headliner this week. As we stated yesterday, the integrated second screen is the tool that promises to help change the definition of a home gaming system.
And with the Wii U, everything becomes integrated. Schematically it looks like this: your TV, the Wii U hardware and the Internet all connected to one another with the Wii U GamePad in between acting as the key link for all these devices.
So in the real world, what does “integrated” mean? As we said yesterday, there are three overarching elements: game play, social connections and the way video entertainment is consumed. But we’re not trying to tell the whole story here at E3. Games are the primary focus here...
